ITMIG2024 Abstract Submission Form

NOTE: Presenter/Corresponding author does not have to be the first author of the abstract. This is the person who will present the abstract during the conference.
I am aware that presenters of accepted abstracts are requested to register for the conference until September 30, 2024, otherwise the abstract will be withheld and will not be published on a conference website.
Up to 150 characters including spaces
All authors of the abstract: first name, middle initial and last name. Multiple authors separate with coma. Add affiliations in round brackets.
E.g.: Affiliations of authors marked with numbers corresponding with authors' names.
Main text of the abstract ordered as follows: ORIGINAL PAPERS: Introduction, Method, Results, Conclusion; CASE REPORTS: Introduction, Clinical History, Diagnosis, Conclusion
